Processing time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times:

• • Domestic (Poland): 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 2–8 business days

  • North America: 4–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 2–4 weeks (depending on location and customs)

Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or postal strikes.

Undelivered parcels due to unpaid duties: If the buyer does not pay customs or import taxes – whether due to refusal or oversight and the parcel is returned to the sender, the purchase amount will be refunded excluding the original delivery fee. Any fees incurred for the return shipment will also be deducted from the refund.
