1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship our products using reliable carriers, including FedEx, InPost, and standard postal services.

The choice of carrier depends on the shipping destination, product size, and selected shipping option.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Order processing and dispatch time may vary depending on the type of order and current workload.

Typical processing times are shown at checkout or provided individually after placing your order. We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any additional fees (such as customs duties, taxes, or surcharges for oversized parcels) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

● Domestic (Poland): 1–3 business days after dispatch

● International: 3–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs procedures, or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available for the selected shipping method).

You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier and document the damage before opening the package.

7. Undelivered Shipments

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or recipient’s absence, it will be returned to us.

Re-shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

8. International Shipments

For shipments outside the European Union, please note your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes in your country.

We are not responsible for any delays or costs resulting from customs procedures.
