These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Tylman Design Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Tylman Design Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and businesses (“Affiliates”) to earn a 10% commission on referred sales of eligible products through tracked affiliate links or unique coupon codes.

2. Registration and Approval

• All applications are subject to manual approval.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application for any reason.

• Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Commissions

• The commission rate is 10% of the net sale amount (excluding shipping, VAT/taxes, and refunds).

• Commissions are credited only for completed sales made through your unique referral link or approved coupon code.

• Self-referrals are not allowed. Commissions on self-purchases will be voided.

• If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.

• All commissions are calculated and paid in euros (€).

4. Payment

• Commissions will be paid via bank transfer once your total approved earnings exceed €300.

• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their bank account details are correct and up to date.

• Any transaction fees or applicable taxes are the affiliate’s responsibility.

• Payments are made 30 days after the referred order is marked as completed, to account for returns or cancellations.

5. Cookie Tracking

• Referral cookies are valid for 30 days from the user’s first visit.

• If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-clicked link receives credit.

• Tracking relies on cookies — if a buyer clears cookies or switches devices, referrals may not track.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Mislead users about our products or make false claims.

• Use paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that target “Tylman Design” brand keywords.

• Promote on coupon websites unless explicitly approved.

• Use spammy or aggressive marketing techniques.

• Promote our products in illegal, discriminatory, or adult-oriented content.

Violating these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Termination

• You may leave the program at any time by notifying us.

• We may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.

• If terminated for violating these terms, you forfeit any unpaid commissions.

• If terminated without cause, valid earned commissions over €300 will be paid in full.

8. Program Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms and program rules at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
