You can choose dedicated welding profile for PET, PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS or even create custom ones. Welding spot made with the PETwelder & Mr.Winder is strong and easy to print (1,8-1,85mm diameter). Thanks to this you can create whole spools of PET bottle filament or reduce filament waste in your workshop significantly.

Igor has put so much time and effort into his projects, you can’t deny once you get into it. His design is awesome, and while not perfect, the level of detail he has gone into with meticulously documenting; assembly, print profiles, user guide/troubleshooting, and creating a discord community where he is active and answers questions is simply impressive. I recommend Igor’s products (I have 3, PETmachine, PETwelder, Mr. Winder).

A little bit of a challenge for person not skilled in this sort of electronic assembly, but Igor has put together a superb package of complete STL models, quality hardware and wiring, detailed illustrated step by step instructions and last but not least, great after sale support for any issues that might arise.
A good welder for rPET filament formed from bottles is very important for any serious printing of any size beyond very small items. This one does the job making superb welds on even less than perfectly formed rPET filament .
